Delete your Rozana Hisab account and backup
Rozana Hisab only has an account if you turned on Backup. Deleting it removes your backup and account from our server permanently. The khata on your phone is not touched.
In the app
- Open Rozana Hisab and tap the cloud at the top of the आज / Today screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account and backup (खाता और बैकअप मिटाएँ), then confirm.
- Cancel the subscription in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rozana Hisab), or it keeps renewing.
Without the app
Email craftconsole88@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Rozana Hisab account”. We delete your account and backup within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your backup (buyers, goods, rates, entries, discounts, payments), your Google account ID, email and name, and your phone ID.
- Kept: subscription records (order ID, plan, dates) only where tax or accounting law requires, for the period it requires.
- A backup whose subscription ended is deleted automatically 90 days after it ends, even if you never ask.
