DocxCraft does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data.
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. The release
build of the app does not even hold Android's INTERNET permission,
so it is technically incapable of sending your documents anywhere.
Documents you open. When you pick a file, or open one from another app, Android grants DocxCraft access to that single file. DocxCraft copies it into its own private storage on your device so it can open it reliably, and reads and edits it there. It never reads any other file on your device, and it is never given permission to.
Documents you save. An edited copy is written to DocxCraft's private cache directory on your device and handed to Android's share sheet, so you can choose where it goes. DocxCraft does not send it anywhere itself.
A list of recent documents. The names of documents you have opened are kept in DocxCraft's private storage so they can be listed on the home screen. This never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
DocxCraft requests no Android permissions. Files are chosen through Android's own document picker, which grants access to just the file you select.
DocxCraft is a document editor and contains no content directed at children. As it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version gained a feature that needed network access — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Any such change would also be described in the app's release notes.
