Rozana Hisab Privacy Policy
- Your khata — buyers, goods, rates, entries, discounts and payments — is stored on your phone. Rozana Hisab works with no account and nothing leaves the phone.
- Only if you choose the paid Backup do you sign in with Google, and a copy of your khata is kept on our server so you can restore it.
- Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking. We never sell or share your data.
Who we are
Rozana Hisab is made by appcraftstudio (“we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or your data, email craftconsole88@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
Everything you write in Rozana Hisab is stored in the app's private storage on your phone: your buyers' names and phone numbers, your goods and their rates, every entry, discount and payment, and your settings.
- Contacts. If you allow it, Rozana Hisab reads your phone's contacts on the phone so you can pick a buyer instead of typing their name and number. Only the contacts you pick are saved, in the app. Your contact list is never uploaded.
- Sharing. A bill, report or backup file leaves the app only when you share it yourself (for example to WhatsApp), to the place you choose.
Without Backup, your khata exists only on your phone. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or storage, or losing, breaking or resetting the phone deletes it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
Backup (optional, paid)
When you turn on Backup, you sign in with your Google account and we receive and store:

We use this data only to provide Backup and restore. We do not read, analyse, sell or share your khata.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your backup is kept while your subscription is active. If it ends, the backup is kept for 90 days so you can renew without losing anything, and then deleted. Subscription records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Use Rozana Hisab without Backup. Everything else works with nothing leaving your phone.
- Delete your account and backup at any time in the app (Backup → Delete account and backup), or follow these steps. Cancel the subscription in the Play Store too, or it keeps renewing.
- See or correct your data by emailing craftconsole88@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with. We reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU GDPR give you further rights: to access, correct or erase your data, and to complain. Contact us at the address above to use any of them.
Security
Everything sent between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS, and the server accepts a backup only from a verified Google sign-in. Cloudflare encrypts stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we store to what Backup needs.
Children
Rozana Hisab is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare and Google run servers in many countries, so your backup may be processed outside India. Both use industry-standard protections.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Rozana Hisab handles data, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
