Your khata lives only on your phone unless you back it up. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or storage, or your phone is lost, stolen, broken or reset, every entry, balance and payment is gone for good. Nobody — not even us — can bring it back.

- On a new phone, sign in with the same Google account and everything comes back.
- One phone backs up an account at a time.
- Bought and managed through Google Play. It renews automatically; cancel any time in the Play Store. There is no free trial — the app itself is free.
- If you stop paying, your backup is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
Free ways to stay safe
- Backup file: in the app, open Backup → Make backup file and send it to yourself on WhatsApp or save it in Drive. On a new phone, choose Load from backup file. It holds what was there when you made it, so make one often.
- Android backup: if Google backup is on in your phone's settings, Android may keep a copy and restore it when you reinstall. It is not guaranteed — don't rely on it alone.
